The Chocolate Library

For those who in addition to finding pleasure in chocolate love to be informed while enjoying moments of rest or waiting, a special library is available, a useful and functional room. Everything inside the Library deals with topics related to chocolate, desserts, food and pastry.

Museum of Chocolate and Cocoa

Enter the world of chocolate through a journey through the history of the tasty cocoa fruit. In the Museotra, fresh cocoa fruits are guided in a journey that crosses different cultures, legends and impressive stories. First stop: a cocoa tree and the first museum representation of the universal history of chocolate and its development in Italy.

The visit continues entering the reconstructed jungle where you can admire the ruins of the Incas temples. The feeling is to really find yourself in a jungle with the original conditions of the place: warm, suffocating humidity and the sense of adventure.

The Projection Room

Visitors travel back in time to enter the Amazonian hut. A leap in the times of traditional cocoa processing.

The stages of production

Following the exhibition path, it will be possible to follow all the steps of processing the cocoa bean until the final processing.

The maze.

Small and big enter the time machine and travel in the past and in the future … with a little ‘luck the exit to the big surprise is close!

Chocolate waterfall for the sweet tooth

The melted chocolate flowing endlessly! A surprising vision. A real chocolate waterfall like in the Willy Wonka factory. With its 1200 liters of liquid chocolate, it is the largest waterfall in Europe.

Face painting with chocolate

Visitors, small and large, are “transformed” with the tastiest colors. Specialized artists make up smiling faces using brushes, colors and real chocolate. It is a gluttonous, original and spectacular art

Dip in Chocolate

Chocolate is not just gluttony but also education. The section for children dedicated to educational space presents a rich book of activities, experiential and theatrical games that allow you to receive all the information from the tasting world in a fun and enjoyable way.

Chocolate Tasting and Preparation Course in various forms

And finally tasting for everyone !! But with a little more awareness!
After knowing the correct tasting procedure, thanks to a fun game, the adults will try to discover the secret ingredients hidden in the chocolates they taste.
