How to get to the Chocolate Museum Factory?

La Fabbricadel del Museo Chocolate is located outside Rome in the space of the New Fair of Rome the only way to arrive is the train with waiting and possible delays.

The Chocolate Library

For those who in addition to finding pleasure in chocolate love to be informed while enjoying moments of rest or waiting, a special library is available, a useful and functional room. Everything inside the Library deals with topics related to chocolate, desserts, food and pastry.

Museum of Chocolate and Cocoa

Enter the world of chocolate through a journey through the history of the tasty cocoa fruit. In the Museotra, fresh cocoa fruits are guided in a journey that crosses different cultures, legends and impressive stories. First stop: a cocoa tree and the first museum representation of the universal history of chocolate and its development in Italy.

Jungle

The visit continues entering the reconstructed jungle where you can admire the ruins of the Incas temples. The feeling is to really find yourself in a jungle with the original conditions of the place: warm, suffocating humidity and the sense of adventure.

IN THE AMAZON HALL:
The Projection Room

Visitors travel back in time to enter the Amazonian hut. A leap in the times of traditional cocoa processing.

The stages of production

Following the exhibition path, it will be possible to follow all the steps of processing the cocoa bean until the final processing.

The maze.

The melted chocolate flowing endlessly! A surprising vision. A real chocolate waterfall like in the Willy Wonka factory. With its 1200 liters of liquid chocolate, it is the largest waterfall in Europe.

Ice cream laboratory

In a fairytale setting, the small factory cow welcomes visitors to her small farm and through various activities and games helps them discover a “secret recipe”.

Chocolate Milk Laboratory

The greedy chocolate of the waterfall is mixed with milk in a magic machine, in front of visitors’ eyes!
